Just spent the last month in a safe place regarding a flare up of my PTSD, being helped and taught about the journey, coping strategies, fitness and being looked after by extremely lovely and caring staff. Other people in there were exploring the journey and we shared some very personal experiences together. I also did Art as a coping session. Here are some pieces I finished, art was great and the time just flowed.
