The term “angel mama” has felt especially close to home this Mother’s Day. Last year, within our small local community, two mothers and their families experienced the heartbreaking loss of their beautiful and precious babies.

The grief that comes with losing a child is impossible to put into words, and as a mother myself, my heart aches deeply for them.

When I came across this cookie set, I knew it was the perfect way to remind them that their babies are still so loved, thought of, and remembered. With this being their first Mother’s Day without their little loves, I know the day will hold both gratitude for the children they have, and unimaginable sorrow for the babies they miss.

One thing I’ve learnt is that grieving mothers don’t want their babies to be forgotten. They want them spoken about, remembered, and celebrated — because they are and will always be their babies🤍 we will always be thinking of you E & K 🪽
