We’ve always worked closely. So close, we coined ZUDIS by joining our last names. Like any good colour palette, the two of us complement each other. We’ve always coloured – and lived – outside the lines. We wanted to create a space that encouraged others to live that way too. Together, we opened our first ZUDIS store in Parkdale back in 2008 (10 years has flown). Inviting, colourful, and warm, it
became a local treasure chest filled with constant new arrivals, from local lifestyle namesakes and creatives Aus-wide. Then came Midas & Min, our second store, in Beaumaris, with a focus on fashion and interiors. Our fun wasn’t over. Thriving on the chaos of running 2 stores that were “same but different” we wanted to keep experimenting, creating, and playing. So when we started to burst at the seams — with ideas, products, customer requests, and colour — we knew it was time to step up our game again. And step into an even bigger space. You’ll now find us in our concept warehouse in Mentone. A deluge of bright teal (Dulux Mallard green to be exact) swells behind the peachy roller door, forming the backdrop for daily inspiration, innovative workshops, delicious food pop-ups, stylish products, and of course, the two of us. Our occasional bickering may be on offer, too. It’s out of love, we swear. A place where we can combine the best of our 2 stores all rolled into one and more. From the quintessentially ‘you’ artwork to the gift you know your bestie will simply adore, or even a sprucing of a tired bedroom with an in-home styling consultation, we can accommodate a myriad of tasks to colour your world! With our honest focus on local and Australian labels, our new store also collaborates with brands from all over the globe. We hand-select products we love, ones that will bring colour to our lifestyle capsules and to your life. We’re here to advise, listen, and laugh with you.
