QuiltsAlot started out as a Mother and daughter creating and stitching team but now with Mum aging (87) it is just me. Also the focus of the business has changed to Longarm Quilting for myself and others, which I love as quilting has always been my passion. Just a quick update, I actually managed to walk unaided this morning!!!!! Woohoo!!! So, all being well, I should be able to get into the Studio (with a walking stick and lots of sitting down)next week. It's been a difficult week as those who know me know that sitting around doing nothing is just not in my DNA. Thank you for all the kind messages and texts, it's been greatly appreciated.

Had a busy day, though the afternoon was quilting, i spent the morning in tidying up the back garden as it's bin day tomorrow and the compost bins are full. Plus someone gave me some home grown granny smith apples that really needed to be cooked. So 10 jars of Spiced Apple Pie Filling ready to use throughout the year. I see apple turnovers in my near future!

No Quilting today - both Bunnie and I have a tummy bug and are unwell. We have different diets so not some we ate. lots of fluids and rest today hopefully better tomorrow
