Lots of progress the past 2 weeks, tiling in the laundry & wellness room completed, stone in plumbing fit off tomorrow.
Plastering completed todate, some painting started and today the door.

This will connect the old with the new, we’ve been living in to separate dwellings for 2 years, its so exciting to now see it all come together.

The team and all of the associated trades have been fantastic, a complete contrast to the 1st experience.

In my experience when you jump in to a major project, you take the time to investigate your builder.
Its an emotional and long investment of time, money and energy. Always ask a professional, your designer, architect or friend.

I certainly will be happy to share this amazing team with you.

6 weeks into the renovations, 3 solid brick walls demolished, 5 skip bins and a hole lot of rendering chipped off & relining it all again.
We are starting to see some nice spaces.

creating a new Master Bedroom suite with sitting room, Dressing room & ensuite utilising half of the existing house and a laundry & wellness room to include a sauna and spa, shower, toilet & vanity in the other half of the house.

The team has been remarkable, no stress, no dramas working together to give a fabulous outcome for the client. No question is ignored and any little detail taken into consideration.

Consulting with the client the whole way, these are the trades you wish for on your projects.

The progect is coming along very well, mid week & the laundry & Wellness room floors are waterproofed and being screeded for another layer of water proofing & tiling next week.

The common brick Ensuite & Dressing room wall had to be demolished today since it was decided a better outcome to do so.

The team have just took it in their stride, no fuss, no pressure & just focus with what had to be done.

All considerations with the clients and better outcome for them. Its such a great experience when you have a calm and affective team of trades men working towards the best interests of the client.

Certainly an amazing team to be highly commended.

Recent new bathroom renovation has a stunning outcome to include luxuries in tiles, fixtures and joiner.

Custom joinery is something that makes your projects look special. It allows you to make to size, chose the stone, colour and k***s.

This custom mirror made to size with bespoke framing creates a stunning touch to the mirror.

My collaboration with RF Design, Nick Speers building & TSH Cabinetry makes for this superb outcome with each if us working their expertise & craft.

We have a very happy client who continues to use my team of amazing craftsmen.

Stage 2 up and running,
Ensuite demolishing the past 4 days.

The boys working hard its a huge job to remove all the old bricks and it takes a lot of care & precision to not damage the integrity of the structure.

This is why you need to choose a good builder who can do this style of work.
We would highly recommend this team.
