This week's menu was picked by my youngest.
I went to IKEA on the weekend and came home convinced Swedish meatballs should be on the menu. My Daughter informed me that was not the answer. What we really needed, apparently, was more stews, more soups, a roast pork dish, and lots of proper comforting winter food.
She probably wouldn't eat many of these meals herself, but she picked them for you, and I went with it.
This week: Braised Steak and Onions, Slow Cooked Pork with a Honey Butter Crust, Honey Soy Garlic Chicken, Vegetarian Cottage Pie, Country Cream of Chicken Soup, and Tuna Melts.
