A brand new week is here, and here’s a little thought to carry with you…

Be kind. To yourself. To others. And perhaps to someone who really needs it today. 💕

Kindness doesn’t have to be grand or expensive. Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference.

🌷 Send a message to someone you haven’t heard from in a while.

☕ Make someone a cuppa (and actually sit down and enjoy one yourself!).

💗 Give someone a compliment. A genuine one.

🌿 Allow yourself to say NO without feeling guilty.

🌸 Check in on that friend who’s always checking in on everyone else.

🧁 Share a little treat, a laugh or simply some of your time.

🎨 Invite someone along to a craft workshop! Perhaps someone who wouldn’t dream of coming on their own. Imagine being the reason they discover a whole new circle of friendship.

And here’s one more…

Be as gentle with yourself as you are with the people you love.

You don’t have to achieve everything, please everyone or have your entire week sorted by Monday lunchtime!
