With the colder weather now well and truly here, it is a good time to repair any broken or cracked windows before winter sets in further. Our team has been working hard helping weather-proof local properties, with some customers having 4 or 5 windows reglazed at a time.

Over recent weeks our team has been busy replacing older shower screens with more modern designs that are easier to clean, leak less, and help open up the bathroom space.

Our shower screen range is available in Frameless, Semi-Frameless and Fully Framed styles, with matching hardware available to suit the major tapware finishes for a clean and consistent look.

Glass splashbacks are also proving very popular this season, with many customers choosing lighter neutral tones such as whites and greys, along with metallic finishes like Silver Sparkle to brighten and modernise their kitchens.

While our team has been busy with local glass repair and replacement, we have also recently completed a range of custom glazing projects across the South East suburbs.

For a customer in Beaconsfield, we designed and installed a Tricia Corner Style Frameless Shower Screen using a slimline Chrome Wall Channel and 135 Degree Glass to Glass Hinges. Finished with a top header rail for additional strength and longevity, the final result looks modern, spacious and built to last.

In Narre Warren South, we recently measured, manufactured and installed a T5 Grey Mirrorstar Splashback for a long-time customer. The darker reflective finish provides excellent contrast against the gloss black appliances and cabinetry while adding depth and light to the space.

A customer in Lynbrook decided it was time to modernise their kitchen, replacing older red splashbacks with our Silver Sparkle Metallic range. The brighter finish has completely refreshed the room and created a lighter, more contemporary feel.

We have also been supplying and fitting custom glass tabletops throughout Berwick for both indoor and outdoor settings. These are precision cut and polished using CNC processing equipment to achieve a high-quality finish while protecting the furniture surfaces underneath.

Our team is also introducing a new locally designed and manufactured shower screen range, engineered here in Melbourne to better suit Australian homes and conditions. Unlike many imported prefabricated systems currently flooding the market, these screens have been developed with decades of practical glazing experience and attention to long-term performance.

We recently completed one of these installations in a Brushed Nickel finish for a customer in Cranbourne North, with fantastic results.

Renovation season is well underway at Budget Glass, with a range of new kitchen splashbacks and shower screens currently being installed across the local area.

For two recent projects in Langwarrin, we fitted these freestanding shower screen panels, giving each bathroom a clean, modern finish while opening up the space.

It is the season for home renovations at Budget Glass, our glaziers recently fitted a Metallic Silver Bullet Kitchen Splashback for a customer in Baxter.
The darker colour compliments the tapware and rangehood, while providing a strong contrast against the white cupboard and benchtops.

This two tone colour combination is classic and timeless, and appeals to a wide market for resale. At different times of the day the splashback will reflect light and sparkle, which in itself is a strong visual feature.

We have recently added more splashback colours to our range, and have a new system for generating 3D renderings of how a splashback may look in your kitchen, bathroom or laundry.

With the cooler weather setting in, it’s a good time to get on top of those inside jobs that have been put off.

We recently designed and installed a T5 Grey Mirror Splashback for a customer in Frankston South, which completely transformed the look of their kitchen.

The darker mirror creates a real sense of space and works nicely against the white benchtops and cupboards.

The customer was absolutely wrapped with the end result.
