Infinity: A record-breaking result for a truly special penthouse.

Some projects are all about knowing when to let the setting do the talking.

With an extraordinary location and views that really are the hero, our approach to the interiors was to create a beautiful, considered backdrop. Timeless, refined and intentionally understated, allowing the outlook to shine, whilst leaving room for the new owners to bring their own personality and finishing touches.

Achieving a record sale like this is a testament to the collaboration between everyone involved. From the vision of D.velop.R along with their ex*****on, as well as all their phenomenal trades, to the architecture by Vic Lake Architects , interiors by us and the expertise of the sales team Highland Sutherland Shire Mitchell Wynn.

The best work begins long before anything feels resolved.

The beginning of a project is probably the most exciting, but also the most exhausting part of what we do.

We live and breathe the idea. We obsess over it, change our minds, question things and, yes, argue over the details while we test each other’s thinking.

Then, slowly, the pieces start coming together.

It’s often a bit of a hold-your-breath stage, especially for our clients, who can’t see the full picture just yet. We can see where it’s going, but sometimes you just have to let the ideas unfold.

And then the separate parts begin to find their place.

That’s when everything starts to feel real.
