For the past 11 years, I have been a working stay at home Mum (to 2 beautiful kidlets). For years I always loved & admired the vintage look and feel of Crochet, but I had only been taught to knit. After several failed attempts at teaching myself to Crochet (and throwing the hook & yarn in disgust) it finally seemed to flow one day and I've never looked back. I've made toys, blankets, baby booties,

slippers etc, until one day I found a very much loved stash of my Grandmother's and Great Grandmother's Doilies. They inspired me to start creating "modern" colourful Doilies. I've filled my own home, my Mum's and Sister's houses and could not bear to stop creating (even though I have no more room). So, I've decided to sell some of my day-to-day creations in hopes they will brighten up somebody else's home.

10 wonderfully satisfying years of designing, success, failure, beautiful people, ideas yet to come to life, sourcing supplies from all around the world, crochet hooks that are now worn out. Without my Family encouraging me to turn my hobby into a side hustle, TwoCents would never have been born and I’m thankful they pushed me to try even when I thought I’d fail. Times have changed… from selling on Facebook to having a market stall, then Covid -> turning to online sales with Etsy. It’s been a wild ride, and I am so grateful to so many gorgeous supporters that have kept me going - some of which I have cherished friendships with now. I love you all. Here’s to another 10 years!
