We took care of every element of the project, including the design, council approvals and the reclassification of the property’s Building Class along with the internal and external construction and fitout works.

Delighted to share another Office Boy project delivered on time and on budget (as they all are). This time it's a purpose designed and built ear, nose and throat specialist clinic in Essendon North.

Featuring a purpose build acoustics room, with 300mm thick concrete walls that have rubberised vibration barriers, it truly is fit for purpose. Complimented with a number of patient consulting and treatment rooms, the new clinic provides an ideal consulting space for ear, nose and throat practitioners in Melbourne’s North West.

We recently transformed this once outdated 80’s office space into a contemporary workspace that is a pleasure for the team at Terrain Consulting to work in.

The build involved the combining of two seperate sites into one large 250 square meter working environment.

Featuring open plan design, innovative storage solutions, designer kitchen space and collaborative spaces it is an office that people want to work in – which is an asset to any employer.

We're pretty proud of our latest Medical Clinic fitout. We had the pleasure of working with JMC Design to create this beautiful clinic. Just shows that clinics don't have to be cold and sterile environments. You can have a highly functional, practical and compliant clinic that's warm and inviting.

Located in the heart of a trendy shopping strip, Anton Zhouk Real Estate needed their agency offices to make a statement.

Through Industrial design features like polished concrete flooring and black aluminium framed glass partitions we were able to create an edgy, modern feel.

The fitout itself is testament to our quality workmanship and attention to detail.

A large, expansive reception space is a luxury. Making the most of it requires a careful and considered approach to design – you don't want it to feel bare and sparse, but rather open and indulgent.

We selected luxurious, natural earthy tones and textures in DoTerra Australia's HQ reception. Not only do they reflect the brand's values beautifully, they soften the large space, creating a warm, inviting and comfortable environment.
