Scent, for me, is a direct line to memory. It wasn’t until I started working with Aesop and Perfumer H that I discovered a path back to these memories.

I spent five years developing Aesop’s first physical product, the Brass Oil Burner. While I am incredibly proud of the results, the obsession didn’t stop there.

The Oil Diffuser is our latest continuation of this study. The candle sits in a fixed cradle directly beneath the metal, which gives off a strong, acute burn. Water should be combined in the well with oil to achieve a softer, sustained evaporation.

Available in either a Bronze or a 316 Grade Stainless Steel.

Taking its cue from the glass blocks chosen by Pierre Chareau for the famed La Maison De Verre (House of Glass), the MDV Push Plate is the end result of an appreciation for simplicity, everyday utility and pleasing tactility.

The MDV is available on a made to order basis, hand-cast here in Sydney.

Exceptional siting for this Scoop Wall Light in Brass by 💯

A quiet study in movement and form – the Hinge is a playful object incorporating a classic industrial widget, the everyday hinge. Where would we be without it.

The Hinge Candelabra is composed of three aluminium planes that pivot gently from a shared edge, allowing the pieces to shift into restrained, sculptural arrangements.

Polished by hand, it’s a small gesture toward play with precision.

Cut from two pieces of solid stone, the Pillar Lamp is one of my favourite objects. Monolithic but naive in form, designed to provide a warm, atmospheric glow – both from the light cast beneath its shade and the illumination of the stone from within.
