Darwin, I need to be honest with you.

The Handmade Haven currently supports 57 local artists and small makers, but right now the shop is struggling. Without stronger community support, we may not be able to stay open beyond later this year.

This little shop exists to give local creatives a place to share their work — people creating late at night at their kitchen tables, hoping someone will love what they’ve made.

If you believe Darwin should have spaces like this, now is the time to help.

Visit the shop.
Tell a friend about us.

If you know someone in Darwin who loves handmade or supporting local artists, please share this with them — it could genuinely make the difference in keeping the shop open.

And if you believe Darwin should keep a place that supports 57 local artists, please leave a comment so we can show the makers how much this community cares.

Because once spaces like this disappear… they rarely come back.
