Duplex at Hawthorn is taking shape, and our recent site visit offered an opportunity to experience the project at a more detailed level.

From the distinctive brick façade to the soft natural light filtering through the carefully considered openings, the residence brings together a balance of texture, form and warmth. Inside, sculptural curved walls and understated finishes create a sense of continuity, while the proportions and spatial relationships establish a calm and contemporary atmosphere.

Seeing these elements come together on site is an important part of the design process, allowing the architectural intent to be reviewed in its built context and the finer details to be carefully considered as construction progresses.

A significant milestone for Beveridge Local Convenience Centre as we reach practical completion.

Our Director, Antry Lau, recently joined the UDIA Victoria Infill Development Committee at Stockland’s Melbourne office for a vital roundtable with David Southwick MP, Deputy Opposition Leader and Shadow Minister for Planning. Ahead of the Victorian election, the committee tested key elements of the Opposition’s proposed Housing and Economic Plans, bringing practical industry data to the table. Our team recently visited this contemporary residence to review construction progress, coordinate with the project team, and ensure every detail is being delivered in line with our design vision. It's always rewarding to see drawings transform into built form—from the striking architectural façade to the developing interior spaces that are beginning to reveal the home's spatial experience. Site visits are a vital part of our process, allowing us to collaborate closely with builders, resolve details on-site, and maintain the quality and integrity of the design throughout construction.
