Our Director, Antry Lau, is proud to contribute as a member of the UDIA Victoria Infill Committee, working alongside industry leaders to help shape the future of infill development across Victoria.

Following the Committee’s recent meeting at Assemble’s office, members participated in a site tour of the Kensington Build-to-Rent (BTR) project, gaining valuable insights into innovative housing delivery models and community-focused development outcomes. The project highlighted the important role that well-designed infill developments play in increasing housing supply while creating sustainable and connected neighbourhoods.

As Melbourne continues to grow, infill development remains a key part of delivering diverse housing options, supporting urban renewal, and improving the liveability of our communities. Through collaboration and industry advocacy, the UDIA Infill Committee continues to work with government and key stakeholders to promote planning and housing policies that support quality development and better urban outcomes across the state.
