Another beautiful transformation!

We recently fitted these S-Wave sheers in a home in Deloraine.

We love how they've softened the windows while still letting the gorgeous natural light through. The neutral fabric also works beautifully with the timber beams and existing décor.

🔨 WE'RE LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER!

Our installer is moving on, which means we're on the hunt for someone to join the Blind Design Devonport team.

We're looking for a hands-on, friendly and self-motivated person who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

The job involves installing our products, meeting customers in their homes, taking payments, solving problems and making sure the job is done properly.

You'll often be working on your own, so being able to organise yourself and get on with the job is important.

But you'll also become part of our small team and have the opportunity to learn other parts of the business.

Experience is great – but attitude is more important.

We'll provide all the training you need.

We're looking for someone who is:

🌸 Yes... we still do lace curtains!

Every now and then someone walks into our showroom and asks:

"Do you still do lace curtains?"

The answer is YES! 😄

We have a selection of lace fabrics available in store, and we can also order in plenty of other options.

Lace might not be as popular as it once was, but for some homes and some customers, it's still exactly the right choice.

Throwback Thursday

Long before Facebook, Instagram or even digital cameras, this was how we inspired our customers.

Back in 1994, our consultants would take this photo album into customers' homes, filled with photos of completed installations to help them imagine what was possible.

Today, we do exactly the same thing... just a little differently. Instead of carrying an album, we share our latest projects right here on Facebook.

Technology has changed, but our purpose hasn't.

For over 30 years, Blind Design Devonport has been helping local families choose window furnishings with confidence.

And here's a fun fact...
This photo is now 32 years old—making it older than two of our team members! 😄
