Neutral and nice !

We found this little space plumbed, lined ready to waterproof and tile.

It was started by someone else 2 years earlier. Then stopped.

But after reviewing what was done we realised we could create much more space in in th room if we used a different size and shape of shower and the other big issue was there was ceiling rain shower but no other form of showerhead. For us ladies we dont always want our hair wet when we shower so that was not practical.

So we ripped things out and started again. Then we went full hog ....
Full hgt tiling, underfloor heating, back to wall toilet etc.

The result is fabulous. Its very functional ,, spacious, a decent shower but more room in the common space and it looks great.

UDATE .. loving all your comments. Very divided indeed 😃. This wall is currently the only coloured wall in the whole house. It divides the main living to the second living. On the left is big glass windows looking out to the afresco. So this wall needs colour or texture. I do still love the rust but Im bored and need a refresh. 🤣

Another kitchen project coming soon.

Quite the opposite of our previous pretty in pink project.

This one will be bold, black and very much a modern style kitchen.

The cooktop will be in the island with a downward draft benchtop exhaust and the addition of the timber screening in lieu of a wall adds a real touch of class and allows more light into kitchen. Can't wait for this one later in the year. ❤️

Lots of design stuff going on behind the scenes while all the guys weave their magic on site to bring these beautys and more to life.

This what you call a makeover !!!!

One very big old dark room that operated as an all in one bathroom and laundry. It was all very spreadout, very badly laid out and so dark and depressing.

What to do was the question ?

Well we had to maximise the usenof the space. So firstly we actually made it two rooms. A huge bathroom and a good size separate laundry. No more glass bricks.

Client want to remove the old window but I was little reluctant as it was pretty unique and was in character with the house.i assured her once guys were finished it would look good 🤔

Well I think the photos only do these new spaces some justice because the change is huge. The look is amazing. The size of eachspace now feels balanced and its got so many features its hard not to know where to look first.

But I really have to give a really big shout out to Corey for this job. We had so many quirky elements to work around but he captured exactly what we were trying to achieve and pulled it off perfectly.

I think you'll be as impressed with this as I was when I came home after 2 weeks away.
