Tip of the day -

When making dough and requires work or rolling, or maybe your cutting out scones or biscuits. Place a sheet of baking paper down. When finished no clean up required, just throw it all away. 🙂

Cheese 🧀 and bacon 🥓 sausage rolls

Harry and I decided to make these delicious 😋 snack this afternoon

We’re back ! I know it’s been a while.

Today Harry and I made this beauty.
It’s got 3 layers - combination of mince - cheesy bechamel sauce and a cheesy top.

Nothing beats a home made lasagne for dinner 🍽

No thermomix cooking tonight but these chicken 🍗 drumsticks 🍗 are seasoned with delicious lemon 🍋 and herb 🪴/ perri perri seasoning.

Cooked for 40 minutes 180c these were delicious 🤤 and very tender.

A quick and easy dinner in the oven for our 4th day in covid isolation
