Our homes are constructed using Steel frames and trusses with a steel flooring system. The Exterior has Colorbond roofing, fascia, and gutters in your choice of colour in Woodgrain Hardiplank cladding with Aluminium windows & flyscreens and external doors, & security doors are included.
The Internal Finishes include your Flooring from a selected range; Polytec or Laminex kitchens with a range of colours as well as built-in robes. Appliances from our range include your oven, cooktop and rangehood. We can accommodate Gas or Electric services.
Our homes include insulation in the ceiling and external walls.
We offer a large range of Floor Plans with flexibility to customise your choice of design with Verandahs, Climate Control, Garages or Carports, Optional 22° roof pitch and 2.7m high flat ceilings for a more spacious feel.
