Hello, I am Bree Day, an Australian photographer and Mum who is super passionate about healing through art, spending time in nature, my community, mental health, plants and flowers, coffee and raising my beautiful children. For over a decade, I worked as a professional portrait and event photographer, capturing life’s fleeting, heartfelt moments through a documentary lens. But it was a personal jo

urney—one shaped by emotional upheaval and a focus on healing—that drew me inward, and closer to nature. My work is now firmly rooted in a fine art photography. All my images are created in-camera, not photoshop. I layer one photograph over another in my camera to produce dreamlike, whimsical, abstract compositions in natural light. In 2024, I held my debut solo exhibition Botanical Tonic, a celebration of nature’s power to both soothe and stir the soul. Each piece is a personal offering—born of curiosity, transformed through experimentation, and crafted to evoke emotion.
