This is from two weeks ago.
First crack at working with wallpaper instead of timber.
The clients, a couple, came up with the design*, with a bit of help from AI.
All I then had to do was beef up the resolution for it to work up large, then figure out the best sort of wallpaper to print it on.
It looks a treat in this alcove, expertly hung by Nicky at Nicky Perfect Papering Perth

*It's a sweet design in that it represents the couple and their heritage, along with their future together raising two sons in Perth.

This poolside mural was commissioned for a lovely family home nestled between the marina and golf course in Secret Harbour.
The clients wanted a swirling underwater world to match the colour and shape of their pool area.

I call this canny triptych Pear Blossom.
The first panel on the left was originally done by Chinese master Yun Xiaoping in the 1600s.

Sometimes photos can lift the spirits as much as any work of art.
And the right subject can look even better when screen-printed into a panel of locally sourced hardwood.
I was truly blown away by the image here, which the client took at Ormiston Gorge in central Australia while on a family holiday.
You can just make out her two kids in the water.
