The little things we do every day can make such a difference over time 💛

Have you heard of the Anespa?

The Anespa is a home spa system designed to transform ordinary tap water into mineral ion water for your bath or shower experience. It uses a filtration & mineral cartridge system designed to reduce chlorine & other impurities while adding minerals to create a more spa-like feeling.

What I love is that it turns something we do every single day — showering & bathing — into a beautiful moment of self-care & relaxation. Instead of rushing through another task on the to-do list, it becomes a moment to slow down, reset & simply enjoy the experience. 🌼

For me, wellness isn’t only about what we put into our bodies… it is also about creating little rituals & moments that help us feel nurtured and cared for.

Because when we take care of ourselves, we can show up better for the people we love too 💛

Have you ever thought about the water you shower or bathe in every day?

Thank you Lisa Crump 🌸

Who long does canned foods last. That is the Question!
~ Literal years.
This is undoubtedly most asked question!
Canned food doesn’t magically “expire” because a date passed (store bought canned goods or home canned goods)
Properly canned food is shelf stable until the seal fails, and that can mean literal years.
If it was processed correctly, stored properly, and the seal is still solid, it is safe to eat.
Now, quality can slowly decline. Texture, color, and flavor may change after a year or so, especially with lighter foods. That doesn’t mean it’s unsafe, it just means it might not taste peak-fresh.
Good seal, no bulging, no leaks, and no off smell when opened.
Canning was designed for long-term storage, it is exactly that.

Just picked the 2nd haul of Rosellas. The poor bushes had a rough trot this season with all that beautiful rain(which didn’t let up for 6 days) so out of 6 bushes we lost 3 to root & branch rot & 3 survived and have been loaded with fruit. This will the last of the Rosella jam for this season.
Any that are left will be dehydrated and use for teas.( high in Vitamin C).
