The whimsy left the room because my kids don’t like mashed potato. Also, am I the only one that likes my stew a bit thin? I all but left out the plain flour in this one. Luckily, I’m the chef so we make things according to our family preference.

Sunday means 2 things - lunchbox prep and freezer reset. I love that my Thermomix makes this incredibly easy. Comment below and I’ll send you the video of how to set your cutter + up. I can buy massive blocks of cheese and grate it in seconds. I stored it in this wonderful Thermomix silicon bag and pop it in the freezer. I do half-and-half, half grated and half sliced.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who thought snickerdoodles would involve peanuts and a Snickers bar?

Turns out they’re cinnamon-sugar goodness, and now my house smells like Christmas came early 🎄🍪

My first batch was almost as quick to whip up as my morning coffee! And a clever little Thermomix trick: choose a recipe in ounces and the scales switch to match, then pop back to metric when you finish or exit. Recipes from around the world, without the conversion maths

Who else was in the Snickers camp… or is that just me? 👇😂
