Attention everyone:

We have been informed on Sunday evening that a batch of our roses that were used on Saturday for Valentines orders were tainted with chemicals which caused them to have much shorten lifespans.

For all customers affected, please send us an email at:

with your order number and photos so that we can offer a new bouquet or a full refund on your order.

We apologise for the great inconvenience that this situation has caused. We will work on implementing new procedures to ensure that our products and services are to our Best standards so that this situation never happens again.
