Asha Moon was dreamed into life by local artist Shannon Cotterill - the name literally came to her during a dream back in 2015. Upon waking that morning, she exclaimed "Asha Moon!" to her (very patient & supportive!) husband & promptly registered the business name without a clue of what it was going to manifest into... and here we are 2 years later. 2017... The journey has begun. Shannon is a professional photographer (she has owned & operated 'Bloom Photography Portrait Studio' for the past 15 years) with a background in life drawing, ceramics & sculpture. Pottery was always her first love, (in 1997 she completed a certificate 3 at TAFE fresh out of high school) and is happy to integrate that part of herself back into her life. Back to what makes her feel at one with the earth. Back to clay.

“ I am Grandmother Spirit of Water,

I hold all in my deep embrace.

New life is born through me,

Whilst the old is cleansed anew.

Send your prayers into the water,

Knowing they spiral energy to the ethers…

Of change

Of hope

Of peace.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are loved.”

Join me for the next Circle at Asha Moon Sacred Arts for the Dark Moon ✨🌑✨

Saturday 10th October 2pm - 4pm

The Dark Moon is a time of reflection & rest before the New Moon in the sign of Libra the following day sparks a whole new lunar cycle ahead…(exact at 2:50am Sunday)

I invite you to join me for a nourishing afternoon of ritual, grounding & reflection.

Our time together will include a smoke cleansing upon arrival, circle work to create a safe container for our time together & sharing (if you feel called to do so), a guided meditation with sound healing, finishing off with journalling time to set intentions for the cycle ahead.

We will also be creating a protective talisman in circle that you will get to take home 🧿

Limited seats available, please see the website for all details & to book x
