Play Dairy Road is a beautiful kids program every Sunday in our garden between LESS Pavilion (water sculpture) and Capital Brewing Co.

Children of all ages are encouraged to use their imagination to build bridges, rockets or underwater mermaid kitchens complete with pots and spoons. Playworkers (also known as bubble magicians) keep an eye on participants and encourage their imaginations.

Parents can laze on the grass with drinks from neighbouring Vertikal Indoor Snow Sports or Capital, chocolate from Jasper and Myrtle Chocolates, coffee from As Nature Intended or Canteen (Ramen Daddy), view exhibitions at Grainger Gallery or shop for furniture at The Modern Object. Or hit the ball pit at KIDZplore Canberra.

Just turn up to play, every Sunday, 11am til 4pm til May.

While you are here, explore the endless offerings of local Dairy Road businesses and celebrate at Capital Brewing Co.’s 5th birthday party.

Explore the new theatre at Dairy Road, Lexi Sekuless Productions & Mill Theatre at Dairy Road, with an open rehearsal of The Torrents by Oriel Gray.

Watch as the cast takes you back in time to 1890s Australia where a local newspaper must accept a woman in the workforce.

On Sunday 6 November, you can stop by from 10 am - 12 pm for a set and costume tour and enjoy the open rehearsal from 12-3 pm. The new Mill Theatre is beside Flow Yoga Canberra, Yoga Mandir. Iyengar Yoga Institute and Ambrosia Distillery Canberra in Building 3.3.

Sip on local wine handpicked from Cellar Door and DESIGN Canberra at Dairy Road Design Market, this Sunday.

This is the first ever market for Sassafras Wines - whose ancestral method sparkling wine, as well as some table wines from Italian grape varieties - cannot be missed.

We are honoured to also welcome Mallaluka Wines, Contentious Character Winery, Lerida Estate Winery, Quarry Hill Wines and Mount Majura Vineyard, this time inside, around a lovely hexagon of tables beside the new Ramen Daddy canteen.

If you have a Cellar Door glass, bring it for free tastings. Otherwise, wine tastings are $12 and include a stemless wine glass to keep. This helps the experience to be beautiful and plastic free.

Continuing with the theme of appreciating our flora and fauna, explore the Jerrabomberra Wetlands - a nature reserve that is just a short walk up Dairy Road.
