You’ve been asking… so here they are!

Kids Sewing Classes are coming to Heights Sewing Centre these September school holidays, run by SOSU – School of Sewing & Upcycling!

Designed for kids aged 8–14 years, these fun, hands-on workshops are a great introduction to sewing while creating something they can take home and be proud of.

Both workshops run from 9.30am–3.30pm at Heights Sewing Centre, 26–28 Milton Street, Bell Park.

It was lovely to welcome Kim’s Wednesday Patchwork Class from Altona North to our classroom space at Heights Sewing Centre in Milton Street for a little excursion and outing today!

It was wonderful to have the group visit our new store, catch up, enjoy some sewing time together and, of course, fill the classroom with their beautiful patchwork creations. There’s something pretty special about seeing a room full of makers, fabrics and finished projects!

Thank you to Kim and all the ladies for spending the day with us. We hope you enjoyed your little outing to Bell Park!

This month's presentation by Tracy will focus on interfacing, including how to choose the right type for your project and tips for achieving the best results.
