Another weekend of us opening up our kitchen ..

We love spreading joy with our food so it was awesome to have people from afar such as Ballarat snd Horsham drop by to pick up our signature dishes - thanks to those who dropped by.

So happy to announce that Kelvin (the K in KMT Cuisines) will be cooking one of my all time favourite dishes - Teochew Braised Duck aka Lor Ark, using a treasured family recipe. Accompanying the duck will be giblets, egg and our own blend of chilli and garlic sauce.

Happy New Year for 2026!! Wishing you all the best for the year ahead.
Letting you know that our delivery schedule has been postponed - meant to be back this coming weekend but apologies, this is now postponed to February due to work commitments at the AO. 🎾
On the plus side, since it will be near to the Lunar New Year, we are planning to serve up Teochew Braised Duck along with our usual menu - more news to come as we work out the finer details 😋

Get your fix for the last time this year, this coming weekend Friday and Saturday, 5 & 6 December! Food delivery from our home kitchen. Not sure where to yet but Geelong and surrounds are definite. Tell me where you are and we will look at including it (if not too far from us) on our road trip.
As well as offering our signature dishes, Bak Chor Mee, Singapore Hokkien Mee, Chai Tau Kway (black & white), Chicken Rice, chwee kueh, we are cooking something which we haven’t done for a while – Orh Luak aka Oyster Omelette but not just oysters and eggs, there’s also batter and accompanied with our own chilli vinaigrette sauce.
