We have a range of Mahi runners from Tabriz. They are chocolate brown with blue hints, some have a spots pattern, two have medallions. There are pairs that can be used for a long hallway. They would work very well in a modern, neutral tone home. They are unused and 20 years old. Great opportunity....Make an appointment.

New stock includes a couple of lovely soumak table runners from Iran. Soumak are an embroidery style. These two have geometric shapes: one with a horse motifs is 157x42, the other features doves and is 140x45. Both are unique and could be used as a wall hanging or table runner.

This is a beautiful Hereke who has already had a journey before coming to live with me. She reminds me of William Morris florals, but this Turkish style is far older.
Those from Western nations travelling Europe, trade routes and the Silk Road were inspired by the beauty of the carpet and fabric cultures they saw. They treasured them in their homes, brought ancient beauty into new cultures, and began incorporating the styles into new designs.

This lovely soft Persian Yalameh village rug is 155x105 it has an ivory base, pastel pinks and blues and a diamond medallion. Birds and animals are scattered through out with tribal motifs and a strong blue floral border. It's a small rug, but it will easily make itself at home in your home and heart. This fine wool on silk handmade carpet is a treasure. It has a deep navy base with a rich red centre and circular medallion, the white floral design has bright blue highlights which pop out as the light catches them. Pink and olive can also be seen. The carpet is unused, but has been stored for around 20 years. Perfect as a family heirloom in a study or sitting area, but enjoy it now. See the website for details...
