Recently, the ‘N+C Townhouse @ Geelong’ was a finalist in the 2010 AIA awards for best new residential project. Our ‘Beach House @ Point Lonsdale’ project took out Best New Residence at the 2010 Australian Timber Design Awards and the Playhouse Theatre @ GPAC was a finalist for best commercial fit-out and best use of timber panels. Peter and the studio101 team value continued professional development and an active involvement and contribution to architecture. This has included appointment to the ‘AIA State Education Committee’ for 2004 – 2005, an on ongoing commitment to teaching and guest lecturing in architecture at Deakin University and attending conferences, lectures and architecture exhibitions. Peter was also one of the few Australian architects accepted into the prestigious ‘Glenn Murcutt International Masterclass’ in 2002 under the guidance of Australia’s internationally acclaimed architect, Glenn Murcutt.
