To answer your questions! When I’m gluing earring backs, I pop them onto plastic sleeves with paper inside so:
✨ They don’t stick to my bench
✨ If excess glue, it doesn’t ruin anything
✨ I can easily funnel them straight into a storage bag once they’re dry

It’s not fancy… but it’s efficient.

Every pair is glued, dried, sorted and packed by me. No big factory. Just smart little systems behind the scenes at SL 🤍
