We're a co-operative running three Co-operative across the state, and we're on the hunt for a Member Liaison Extraordinaire who can keep the member moving parts running smoothly — someone who loves getting on the phone and chatting to people and helping their business save time, save money and shop local.
The role
• Full-time, 35 to 40 hours a week
• Based at Moonyoonooka, joining a close-knit team of 10
• Available to work Monday to Friday (with some flexibility for scheduling — we get that life happens)

OPPWA operates across WA, spanning three co-operatives interacting with people from business, farming, fishing and local community. OPPWA runs Co-operatives, which means we process differently to normal administrative practices so adapting to change is essential. OPPWA are here for Members, Partners and Community alike.
Job Requirements:
You're our person if you...
Bring a positive, friendly and approachable attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
Experienced in farm life ie you can talk the talk, not necessarily living on a farm now!
• Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally, building positive relationships with Members, suppliers and colleagues.
• Are able to think through the best way to help people, with a natural eye for detail.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Teams — or willing to learn quickly.
Are open to using AI tools and new technology to make our work smarter and more efficient.
Are a self-starter who can see what needs to be done and gets on with it and wants to do it better!
Can manage multiple tasks and priorities while staying calm and organised.
Are adaptable, flexible and open to learning and doing things differently.
Have a great sense of humour and are someone people enjoy working with — personality is everything to us!
