General Labourer / Factory & Site Assistant

Kinzel Industries is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Labourer / All-Rounder. This is a hands-on role supporting our factory operations and on-site window installations.

About the Role:

You’ll be assisting across multiple areas of the business, including factory work, deliveries, and on-site support with window installations. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing the job properly, and can adapt to a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with window installations on-site

• Supporting factory operations and general labouring duties

• Delivering materials and products to job sites

• Working alongside installers and tradespeople

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using hand and basic power tools

• Understanding of construction site practices

• Physically fit and not afraid of hard work

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Appropriate PPE (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver’s licence (preferred)
