Hello again, just me with an update. We had a quiet market on Sunday, although there were a lot of people around. I told Loretta, the Market Supervisor about my plans for next year. I have volunteered to help out in the Ringmasters Cafe in the kitchen. My two other charities in town are Southern Down Ark (Pet Rescue) and Cancer Support Stanthorpe. Regarding the latter 2 charities, I intend to support them by making items for them to either raffle or sell on their stalls. That will leave me free to do what I want to do at home. Hello everyone, as the end of year looms closer. I am busily amping up my work getting ready for Christmas. Next year l am going to spend more time doing other things like travelling learning to preserve my own food and grow my own produce. I also have a Dremmel outfit that l am eager to use plus do some mosaics. I just don’t get time now with doing 2 markets a month, plus my other household jobs . I will do the occasional market here and there. Also excited to do some of the bigger country markets and festivals that only happen once a year. I also would love to do some volunteer work. So with that in my mind. Here’s hoping my health and hands hold out a bit longer. Keep well and as happy as you can in these crazy days of government.

This lazy susan took me ages , 4 hours on each flower. The hydrangea was the hardest. I kind of love it ♥️

Hi everyone sorry l have been m.i.a lately tho l have been busy. Son turned the big 50 then it was hubbys turn a big 71 , plus trying to declutter the house and coming up with things that l forgot l ever had! The best items will go on our stall at the boot market and the rest l probably will donate but seriously why would l keep cellophane bags? Numerous stickers and little diamond dots? Well they might come in handy, no they are just clutter oh and don’t forget those huge ties you pull it of your tracks dacks l found a sh.. load of those. I have managed to squeeze a few wood burnt item in amongst decluttering making my own baked beans and my own bread . Those beans take a long time to soften so next time I’ll try the pressure cooker. It has been very cold the past couple of mornings and was -5 when we got up for the market at stupid o’clock. Anyway l will keep up with the decluttering and see what l can come up with, the spare room cupboard is the worst of it. Catchya all later l hope everyone is well and keeping warm.

Hello everyone, it has been a busy period. As one ages, tasks appear to require more time than previously. Over the past week and a half, I have completed a few tasks. Gardening has also become a significant time commitment, with bulb planting and maintaining adequate water levels being priorities. Due to the colder weather, I now water every second day. Keep warm everyone.
