My new flavor boosting seasoning which is a version of chicken salt without the chicken flavoring or the paprika. Plus the addition of white pepper is now available. The people that have tried it are extremely complimentary saying that it fills a space where chicken salt is not suitable. Such as in mashed potato, bechamel and in pasta sauces.It gives a delightful shot of flavor that we've been looking for. The removal of the chicken flavoring also makes it vegetarian . This is our fathers day lunch with just about the whole family just Pauline missing
The food a lamb shoulder marinated with chicken salt of course and slow cooked in an enclosed pot a coleslaw salad a green salad a grain parsley pumpkin salad with yoghurt honey Cumin and pomegranate dressing boiled baby potatoes with butter garlic and parsley plus green beans in butter garlic and almond meal a good time was had by all

Hi everyone I'm about to commit a sin After fifty years I'm going to release a new version of Chicken Salt .As it was originally designed for rotisserie chicken with chicken flavouring and paprika.It has been a huge success specially on hot chips. The new version does not have chicken flavouring making it vegetarian or paprika to add colouring plus I've added white pepper. It makes it more adaptable for things like bechamel or mash potatoes and anything not requiring the chicken flavour or paprika but the addition of white pepper adds a warm flavour hug that is more a surprise than expected. The people that have tried it say almost blasphemously that it is better than the original.So after fifty years it's going to be released.Please forgive me if I'm wrong
