For Lilly, Desert Dreaming is not about recreating a destination literally, but capturing how a place makes her feel.

For Palm Springs, three fragrances became expressions of that experience - each inspired by a different mood, texture and feeling she associates with the desert.

GARDENIA TUBEROSE

For Lilly, Gardenia Tuberose reflects the beauty and softness she associates with Palm Springs - a lush floral fragrance set against the warmth and rawness of the desert.

Tuberose, gardenia, white peony and Egyptian jasmine create a rich white floral heart, softened by white musk, amber, tonka, vanilla and cedar.

SANTAL VANILLE

There is a warmth and ease Lilly has always associated with Palm Springs, and Santal Vanille became her expression of that feeling.

Creamy vanilla and warm sandalwood are lifted by a touch of lime, creating a fragrance that feels smooth, comforting and softly fresh.

A scent chosen not to replicate the desert, but to evoke the feeling of being there.

TONKA & OUD

Tonka & Oud speaks to the richer, more textural side of Palm Springs that Lilly is drawn to.

Sweet Persian rose and jasmine meet smoky oud wood and bright bergamot - warm, layered and enveloping.

For Lilly, it evokes the depth, warmth and sensuality she experiences in the desert landscape.

Inspired by the shoreline of one of Australia’s most recognisable beaches, Beautiful Bondi brings together uplifting notes of coconut, lime and grapefruit to capture the feeling of coastal mornings and endless summer.

Together with Daintree Rain Forest, Great Barrier Reef, Whitsunday Islands, Lake Hillier and Water Lilies & Kakadu Spice, it forms a collection inspired by the remarkable diversity of Australia’s landscapes.

When I return to in Palm Springs it isn’t just about the landscape - it’s the atmosphere. The remarkable light, the sense of energy, and architecture that feels inseparable from its surroundings.

It’s these details that stay with me long after I’ve left, and continue to influence the way I think about fragrance, interiors and design.

It’s a place where modernist architecture softens into the desert landscape, where warm stone, mineral blues and sun-faded tones become part of the atmosphere.

Then comes the scent that became our inspiration: the sweet, creamy bloom of Gardenia Tuberose in the desert heat, Tonka & Oud warm and rich with sun-baked sands and exotic woods, and Santal Vanille where smooth
vanilla and sandalwood echo a desert evening.
