6 years have passed, I look back and I honor this girl who went through what she went through and didn't give up on life. Tks god.
Was I lucky? No
But one certainty is I HAD FAITH.

I found my gift, my passion in a not-so-pleasant way I know.
But I was insured by my family,
By my friends, but mainly, I was assured by qualified professionals who gave me absolute support.

Therapists play a key role in these deep processes of our soul.

So today, after 6 years of many changes, transformations, knowledge, I make myself available to be this channel of self-knowledge through art.

My purpose is to ensure this space based on my experiences and knowledge, to support those who feel that the time has come to surrender to self-knowledge through a subtle and light way.

I'm here for you.

At that moment I could see a light, a hope, I felt alive.
Silent, making art with my thoughts that were self-destructive before, began to be more positive and hopeful.

Many insights started to come to my mind, answers that I was incessantly looking for started to come like magic.

I was in profound silence. But my art screamed with pain, everything had a lot of meaning, there was my pain in front of me, no longer inside me.

In the following days, that empathetic girl, began to get happier, because she knew that at least 1 hour of her day, she would surrender again in deep silence, with the Art therapist and producing her pain in art.

And so it went until my cure. It was 6 months that seemed to be eternal.
No matter how much I talked about my pain, no one would really understand what I was going through.

But my art therapist does.
But art does.
There’s no judge, it is welcomes.
The art is out mirror in a more real way, without masks.
It helps you face what you have to face and let go of what needs to go.
Art is life in abundance.
It heals.

I was at the deep rock bottom when I discovered art in a more beautiful and profound way.

I'm Vanessa
I’m walker of the awareness journey, woman in essence, Ta**us with Aries ascendant, soul artist, writer of lost and scattered papers and Art Therapist.

Who knew that at rock bottom I would find my greatest passion?
I wanted to be sure as I went through my depression that left me hospitalized for 6 months in 6 years ago.

While going through this process, feeling didn't exist, I lost my senses, my taste for life, my deserve to live. Nothing made more sense.
I literally saw the gray world.
I was was hollow. Yes empty inside.

Until one day, in one of the activities of the clinic that I was under observation, they introduced me to art as a way of expressing the feelings that were stuck in my being.

How could that 1 hour change my life?
The girl who couldn't even get out of bed found a way to express herself.
Making art!

It took 1 hour of pure surrender and diving into my highest being. I managed to see a light. My God, there was hope there.
