this week hit hard, not just for my family but loosing dolly and Hayden the week before, so much loss.

and with loss always so many lessons to be had, and I’ve never felt more aligned in who I am and what I stand for.

a timely slap in the face for me that the journey is the work and it’s never about the destination

loving you first, living a life filled with what makes you genuinely happy, not others, YOU.

I have been saying for years, you get one life and you do not know when it is going to end. So do the fu***ng thing! Love on you! And be a good human.

when I didn’t love me, I was desperate to here the words, I found myself alone for the first time in my life… I hadn’t ever been alone…

It was scary so scary, and I sprayed the words I love you on this artwork, and then declared her finished.

who would have known this artwork would go on the touch so many women in the following years, she is filled with love, strength and an energy that fills the room.

i’m listing 12 of the things i’ve tried to help me be a better human 🩷

honestly, i could probably list 120. over the years i’ve thrown myself at pretty much every modality, service and method out there trying to figure this whole thing out

but out of everything, my top 3:

1. meditation — learning this properly has been genuinely life changing
2. working with a coach — finding someone i trust who helps with all of it, not just one piece of my life
3. sharing — talking openly about what’s actually going on has been a game changer
