Following the announcement by the Queensland Government of 3 day snap lockdown across parts of Queensland including the Gold Coast we will be suspending our in-home consultations. Internally this means some changes for our teams operations through work from home arrangements and are available for phone & on-line enquires to assist our customers. I would just like to give a massive shout out to all our wonderful suppliers / manufacturers & vendors all working really hard whether it be completing our customers orders / supplying materials even down to our landlord and office equipment hire company who are doing their best on the back of a already very hard start to the year with the bush-fires and now COVID-19

Albeit each day COVID-19 is throwing more challenges for small business employers to deal with in order to keep day to business running and help support our staff and their families while still doing the best for our customers..

I have been boosted today with the many kind words of support and understanding from our beautiful customers for without would make this so much harder.. so we thank you.

We feel empowered to meet this virus head on and to get through the other side not just for ourselves but our fantastic staff and local community as a whole.

To our Customers,

The current circumstances related to coronavirus (COVID-19) are unprecedented. We are actively assessing and making operating decisions based on real-time information and guidance from government and health authorities.

The health and safety of our employees, customers, vendors and other partners are our top priority. As of this week, our office and distribution facilities are implementing measures that focus on the health and safety of our employees, putting additional social distancing measures in place which the government and WHO recommend for minimising potential transmission of the virus as well as strict hygiene and sanitisation measures.

We expect these precautions to have a minor but potentially noticeable impact on performance and delivery turn around as all business are reacting and changing their own operational practices. However we are all working hard to keep working with and communicating as much as possible with suppliers so we can update our customers moving forward.
