Warmth. Welcomes. Everyone.

There’s something wonderfully welcoming about creativity.

You don’t need to know the right terminology, follow trends or already consider yourself an art collector. Sometimes you simply see something made by an Australian creator and feel drawn to it.

That’s exactly the kind of discovery we want the trail to encourage.

Explore 42 featured categories on our homepage, with different Australian creators and their work featured every day.

Come as an artist. Come as a collector. Come because you’re curious. There’s plenty waiting along the trail.

JUST ADDED 📚🎨 And this one includes a brand-new Australian book release.

The Trail keeps growing in all sorts of directions — because Australian creativity was never meant to fit neatly into one box.

A big congratulations to Sarah Harris Sarah Harris, who has just released her new book, ’Till Theft do us Part. ❤️ A little romance, humour and happily-ever-after energy has officially joined the Trail — and signed copies are now available.

Also Just Added:

🎨 Bronwyn Muzzin — Melania, Penelope and Marigold
📚 Sarah Harris — ’Till Theft do us Part — signed by the author
🎨 Tanya Burkitt — Coral Companions

From mixed media and bold colour to Australian writing and a newly released book — this is what an Australian Arts Trail should look like. Not one medium. Not one kind of creator. A place for creativity in all its forms.

And as always, we want the people creating the work to benefit from the people who discover it. Buyers can connect and shop directly with our creators, rather than unnecessarily losing a large slice of a sale to high-commission platforms.

🎨 CREATORS WE LOVE | PAUL CROWE

Some artists have a style you recognise almost immediately. Paul Crowe is one of them.

I’ll admit my bias on this one — I love Paul’s work. There’s something about his strong lines, bold shapes and unmistakable use of colour that continually catches my eye.

And then there’s the subject matter. One minute we’re staring into the attitude of Nova Rush, the next we’re sitting across the table in She, then Paul puts us behind the wheel and sends us straight towards Uluru in Somewhere Between Sun and Road. His Kookaburra Coast takes us somewhere entirely different again.

That range, while still feeling distinctly Paul, is a big part of what I enjoy about his work.

Paul has been part of our growing community of Australian artists, and it’s an absolute pleasure to give him today’s Creators We Love spot.

Have a proper look through his work — there’s plenty more to discover.

And Paul, we genuinely love having you with us. ❤️

SOLD… IT’S GONE! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Robyn Bradshaw Robyn Bradshaw — her beautiful portrait ‘Orchid’ has just SOLD through The East Coast Arts Trail. ❤️

And a very big thank you to our buyer in Booroobin, Queensland, for choosing original Australian art and directly supporting an Australian artist. We hope you absolutely love her.

This one is particularly special for us because the sale happened right here on the Trail.

When an artwork sells through our marketplace, ECAT takes just a 5% service fee. On a $115 sale, that’s just $5.75 to the Trail before payment processing — leaving considerably more of the sale where we believe it belongs: with the creator.

High-commission platforms can take a substantial chunk from every sale. Artists deserve another option.

And although Orchid has found her new home, Robyn has more work still available. Swipe through to discover Melvin, Just a flicker, Flow and Little Daisies — all currently available on the Trail.

Congratulations Robyn. Another piece has found its home. 🥂

Made. Seen. Valued.

Across Australia, extraordinary things are being made every day.

The trail exists to help more of that work get seen — connecting Australian creators with people who appreciate originality, craftsmanship and the person behind what they’re buying.

Because creative work deserves more than simply being made. It deserves to be found and valued.
