Would you love to make beautiful bread at home—but feel a little unsure about yeast, sourdough or getting the dough just right?
Join me in my Goolwa kitchen for a hands-on four-hour Bread-Making Masterclass. Together, we’ll create a wonderful variety of breads, including braided bread, sourdough, rye bread, pretzels, croissants and more.
You’ll learn about different grains, yeast and sourdough, along with plenty of practical tips to give you confidence in your own kitchen.
Your experience includes:
