When was the last time you felt really calm?

When did you last make time to do something for yourself?

Regularly, not just as a once off.

Yoga circles are for the woman who's ready to feel grounded in her body, clear in her mind and present in her own life....not just for an hour, but in the way you move through your whole day.

Women in the circle shared that they felt peaceful, calm and connected.

And what I love about this feedback, is that you take these feelings off the mat with you.

Yoga circles are where you allow yourself to feel good again and it ripples out into all areas of your life.

Term 2 begins in just over a week with circles on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings in St Agnes.
