Breakfast is one that always gets me stuck - especially with kids.
At the moment we are doing smoothies in the NutriBullet so the kids can drink them in the car if they are short on time on the way to school or sport.
My go too:
- banana
- honey
- peanut butter
- light milk
- ice
Sometimes I add avocado and to mine I add protein powder.
