CHEESE OR CHOPPING BOARDS

These Redgum beauties were made by our Dad from redgum sourced on our farm. They have been seasoned with olive oil so have no nasties to leach into your food. Win win.
Perfect as cheese or charcuterie boards and equally at home permanently on the kitchen bench for use as a chopping board.

~SOLD~ Brass buckets like this old beauty are the quintessential ‘handy for everything’ piece to have on standby.
Perfect as shown as a container for large foliage or floral displays that stop you in your tracks. Or pop it by the fire and fill it with pine cones or kindling. With Christmas firmly on the horizon, it is unsurpassed as a pot for your fresh Christmas tree. By the way, I can’t believe I am referencing Christmas! Where has the year gone?

There’s a bit of green on green on green in this shot, but after quite a dry season on the farm, I have to admit I quite like seeing lots of green whether in the garden or in the paddock!
It’s been awhile, but I am still here and apologise for the prolonged radio silence here at LWV. When we began this little side hustle over seven years ago, it was always set up to be able to take a hiatus when things were busier on the farm. This break has been extended somewhat, but I hope to bring you some more furniture till the end of the year.
Just like this cracking Arts and Crafts Washstand on castors. I admit to falling in love with the green tiles first and I’m sure you will agree the colour is gorgeous! It’s a great little piece to sit anywhere from a bathroom to an entrance area, hallway or under the veranda to squirrel away boots and hats or anything else that seems to pile up there!

I am a sucker for occasional tables that can be reinvented according to your space. And this 19th Century Mahogany Work table is certainly no exception.
It sits well in a small space that needs something to fill it or anchor an artwork and can always be enlarged by flipping up one or both sides. Also a lovely bedside with plenty of storage in its three drawers.
This is a beautiful, unique antique piece in fantastic condition. I love that it was originally a hard working, functional piece of furniture, being a ladies sewing table and it can now retire to a quieter life!

This girl is certainly showing her age. But not in a broken down decrepit way; she is more like a classic 1920s movie, full of the grace and style of a bygone era.
Victorian, cedar and in original condition apart from the charming mismatched handles (I actually love the duck egg blue one assuming it’s sneaky spot on the bottom left side), the drawers slide surprisingly well for its age. While chests of drawers like this were usually confined to bedrooms, this one is the perfect size for an entry, hall or living space with plenty of storage for all those everyday bits and pieces. You could even sit a television on it if need be. What she lacks in perfection, she certainly makes up for it in good looks and gorgeous patina.
I am making room for more stock so this beauty has a small discount. From $425 to $385 making it a downright bargain.

~SOLD~ Hello! It’s been awhile! But I am excited my first post for an age is this ripper farmhouse table. This table. This table is everything! Gorgeous scrubbed pine top with years of love etched into its timber, lovely deep cedar coloured legs and an expanse to easily seat eight. The table is at home in the kitchen for everyday family meals, dining room for special occasions or under the verandah for fun Sunday lunches with friends. In great solid condition belying its age. A cracking little table perfect in a hallway, entrance or as a small desk. I actually particularly love the splatters of paint on its top, hinting at its previous life and the long single drawer it sports. A gorgeous deep honey colour and quirky vintage presence, this is one of those simple pieces you will always love. You will love the price tag too! At just $275, it’s perfect for this crazy time of year!

WOW!

Thank you so much for your amazing support! I had the best day catching up, meeting and chatting to so many of you from near and far. I appreciate those who travelled many miles and those locals who popped in. Those who purchased furniture and cushions or other bits and pieces. And those who supported Millie - she sold out and is so excited! So much appreciation for you all. Also thanks a million to my partners in crime and .mann.photos who helped in lead up and on the day and friends who dropped in to say hello.
I have been inundated with messages from people who weren’t able to make it today. While many pieces have sold, there is still plenty available (will post a few this week) so the shed will remain open by appointment until Christmas. Just message me to make a time.
