I'm Jody, mum of 2 beautiful girls, 2 furry friends, partner in crime to my best friend, and we are all lucky enough to live in the the stunning coastal town of Newcastle (Newy to us locals!!). I am a diehard creative and beach walking attic... both of which keep me sane!! I am a very visual and tactile person and I love love to make things with my hands. I grew up with a mum who was a very talent

ed knitter and creative in anything she put her hands to. I have dabbled in many mediums, I love to learn and I love colour! I am a granny before my time and I always go back to my yarn. I love to crochet and macramé amongst many things so my newfound passion for French Knitted Wire Art is only natural...

I love that these products are perfect to be personalised for beautiful bespoke gifts and keepsakes. And I love to make things for people and to see the smile on their face. This is where The Colourful Collective comes into play...
