For those that have asked what Little Red Moped is all about, here the Goss! After 7 years of developing my Pizza making skills and numerous people asking me to make/teach them how to make great tasting pizza without the bad stuff, I have decided to do just that.🙂I wanted to convert my existing page but for whatever reason I was not able to, so I have had to start a new one. If you are interested in joining Little Red Scooter I would love you to joining it would also be great if you could share/ recommend to others. At the moment the pizza making courses ect we only be here in Hawks Nest/Tea gardens but I will be open to others areas if all goes well. I do though want Little Red Moped to be a source of great and easy to understand information for all and at some stage introduce free podcast to help answer pizza making questions.🙂 Sadly though this means I will be closing down Facebook Stef's pizza at the end of December. I so hope I have your continued support plus others you may recommend but if not, thank you so much for your support to date. Wishing all A very very Safe and Merry Christmas. 🍕🍕🍕 Stefan

While the temp is rising, here is a PIZZA FACT!:
Pepperoni is America's favourite pizza topping Pepperoni is the most popular pizza topping choice. About 251.7 million pounds of this flavourful meaty topping is consumed annually in the US on pizza. More than 36 per cent of the pizzas ordered in pizzerias around the US feature pepperoni as a topping. 😎

For pepperoni Lovers, here is another fact:
The first recorded mention of pepperoni occurred in 1919 in New York City. The topping began to appear in several Italian delis and pizzerias across Lower Manhattan. At the time, people considered pepperoni as an ethnic Italian dish. It wasn’t until the 1950s, the commercialization of gas pizza ovens, and the aftermath of World War II that both pizza and pepperoni became a cultural touchstone.

Just photo's a couple of the Neapolitan (style) Pizza's I made as presents for some this Christmas. These are 48 hour fermented home made sourdough Neapolitans but with the addition of Pepperoni, which whilst not being part of a traditional Neapolitan is enjoyed by many.😋
