Tonight's dinner "Braised chicken with hot creamy coconut milk".

The recipe ask for 12 bird's eye chillies, but I'm not that brave.
I used chilli flakes instead.

Also, I've used chicken thighs. Use what you have in the fridge.
The sauce is flavoursome.
For the colour and garnish, I chopped some capsicum & parsley.

Friday breakfast - Poached eggs.

The veroma has a new exccessory -the Nester. I was able to test the Nester this morning.

It is extremely easy and convenient to use. No vinegar needed, no mess. Brilliant.

I like buying from the markerts non acidic pineapples.
🍍 are very versatile fruit. They can be used in the fruit salads, alcoholic drinks, juices, ditox and my new discovery - Pineapple curd.

As usual, I've cut down sugar because 🍍 are naturaly sweet enough and used roughly 2 ¾ of pineapples for all these jars.

Pineapples curd can be used with crappes, filling for the spange cakes, on the toast or layered with Greek yogurt for desert. Delicious.
