Please note the event in the 19th October at the citizens centre is being booked and run by the centre.
To confirm bookings please contact the office there and from what I can gather its fully booked and should be a great weekend .
Loads of advertising via the seniors program printed , on radio and via Facebook. Share the event with as many as you can and have a great day

For those interested In a one day event - The Hervey Bay Citizens Centre 28 Totness Street Torquay will be running a indoor/outdoor market – Saturday 17 August. This will be a fundraiser for Hospice in the Hervey Bay.

Table inside will be
For 1 - $20 For 2 tables = $35
Outside spots - $15 provide you own table and cover.

There will also be a raffle running which it is hoped each stall will make a donation to so that we can raise more money for the Hospice. The Hospice will be running the kitchen on the day. See in comments for contact details or call into the centre for a form .

Setting up will be between 4pm and 6pm on the Friday night 16 August.

Update - Kondari Resort have new staff and can’t confirm any bookings for 2024 so I guess we will be looking at other venues.

All raffle winners have been rung & notified and the door prize / purchase a item for $15.00 or more winner has been collected Thanks to all who attended.

Many thanks to Karen from the Hervey Bay Citizens centre for having us there this weekend. You and your volunteers did a great job and We hope it was a good fundraiser for the centre
