The subfloor below this exsisting tas oak consists of slate tiles, undulating leveller and 12mm oak packing boards. Pulled the kitchen area up and removed what we could. Used ardex a45 for a compatible fast drying rapid set. Concrete grinder to level and new 85x13 tasoak all to give a good base under foot in the kitchen. Following all of this a full sand of all the exsisting floorboards and 3 coats of polyurethane to complete.
