PSA!! This is a reminder to all bakers that if you have a good thing (ie a fave cake or buttercream recipe) DONT DEVIATE! I used a mold for this cake, which meant I needed a more stable cake recipe…however the texture was more like pudding (on account of the inclusion of a pudding mix) and it was nowhere near my usual quality. Thankfully it looked the part and the client was my own child but NEVER AGAIN! I will carve next time and throw the mold away! Thank you for the beautiful set up
