As much as I love stitching bouquets and the cottage gardens that everyone’s been loving lately, I am an absolute sucker for just having one flower(or plant?) as the main feature! It gives me so much more space to highlight that one element, like these hay stalks I finished today. You can’t tell in the photo, but the very tips are a sparkly gold thread, just to make that extra bit special ✨
These were requested to be completed in time for the so if you’re planning to attend, look for the lady in the prettiest boots 😜

I’ve been working on so many cottage garden style designs lately! Particularly chuffed with this one - a design I stitched a while ago but the customer has returned for a repeat! It’s fun revisiting old designs and then improving on them as my skills grow and develop 🥰
